We recommend hand washing to maintain the quality and lifespan of the shoes. Use a damp cloth, mild soap, and a sponge for quick and effective cleaning.

If you still prefer to use a washing machine, follow these instructions:

• Use cold water – No warmer than 20°C
• Place the shoes in a colorfast laundry bag – This helps prevent excessive movement and damage
• Remove the insole – This can lead to better washing results
• Do not use a spin cycle – This helps preserve the shape of the shoes
• Let them dry with shape support – For example, insert shoe trees or stuff the shoes with clean paper to help maintain their shape while drying

Unsure about your size? We recommend ordering a size less.

For example:

• If you normally wear size 45, we suggest ordering size 44.
• If you usually wear size 44, go for size 43 etc.
• If you typically wear size 45.5, then size 45 should fit just fine.
